Kylie Minogue Scores Hat Trick in Polls
LONDON (Reuters) – Princess of pop Kylie Minogue scored a triple hit when she was voted the sexiest female celebrity, most beautiful woman and favorite pop star of 2002 in polls released Tuesday.
The petite Australian singer, famous for her skimpy hotpants, was named the sexiest star, beating Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears in a readers’ poll for Heat magazine, which will be published next week. She was also declared the most popular pop star and most beautiful woman of the past year in an annual survey organized by the London wax museum Madame Tussaud’s.
Singers Robbie Williams and Gareth Gates came in second and third in Tussaud’s popularity category, while actress Halle Berry landed in second position among the most beautiful.
