Charlie’s Angels to Go ‘Full Throttle’ Next Summer
HOLLYWOOD (Variety) – Columbia Pictures last week announced its summer 2003 schedule, which is topped by the newly dubbed “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.”
The previous title was “Charlie’s Angels: Halo”; the June 27 release date remains unchanged.
Columbia titles included in the announcement were “Bad Boys 2,” starring Martin Lawrence and Will Smith, on July 18, and “SWAT,” starring Samuel L. Jackson and Colin Farrell, on Aug. 8.
Studio-based producer Revolution Studios is currently expected to provide four films: “Daddy Day Care,” starring Eddie Murphy, on May 9; “Anger Management,” starring Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson, on June 13; “Gigli,” on July 11; and “Hollywood Homicide,” starring Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett, on Aug. 1.
