The submission list for the 83rd Annual Academy Awardsí foreign-language category has been finalized, with 65 countries having now announced their selections. The selection includes high profile entries on this yearís festival circuit, including Alejandro Gonz·lez IÒ·rrituís ìBiutifulî (Mexico), Xavier Beauvoisís ìOf Gods and Menî (France), Apichatpong Weerathesakulís ìUncle Boonmee Can Recall His Past Livesî (Thailand), Susanne Bierís ìIn a Better Worldî (Denmark) Denis Villeneuveís ìIncendiesî (Canada), and Oliver Schmitzís ìLife, Above Allî (South Africa).
