Erbe, D’Onofrio return to Law & Order
Two of the original, main-cast members of Law & Order: Criminal Intent will return for the drama series’ 10th and final season.
Kathryn Erbe and Vincent D’Onofrio, who were with the show for eight seasons, will be reunited, according to creator Dick Wolf.
New episodes of the show starring Erbe as New York police Det. Eames and D’Onofrio as Det. Goren will air beginning in 2011.
The series has had a revolving door of casting additions and changes since its inception in 2001.
Eric Bogosian arrived in 2006, and then the original pair had to share duties on the show with Julianne Nicholson and Chris Noth, who departed in 2008.
Film veteran Jeff Goldblum, who joined the show as Noth left, was given a new partner óBritish actress Saffron Burrows ó after Nicholson left to have a baby.
