Dixie Chicks Release Sony Single
It looks like the Dixie Chicks may be closer to settling their differences with Sony Music than many had originally thought. According to Billboard, Sony digitally delivered the Chicks’ new single, “Long Time Gone,” to country radio just prior to the trio’s performance of the song on VH1 Divas Live on May 23.
The single is the first from the Chicks’ upcoming album Home, tentatively set for release August 27 on Sony’s Monument label.
