Kate Winslet (IRIS) is in negotiations to join Jim Carrey (THE MAJESTIC) in ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND for Universal Focus. In the Charlie Kaufman-scripted (BEING JOHN MALCOVICH) movie, Carrey will play a man trying to put the thoughts of a steamy relationship with an ex-girlfrind behind him. Part of the film will take place in his mind. Winslet will play the girlfriend.
