The Cash Cow Contiunes To Moo

I have always wanted to buy the first 6 Star Trek films on DVD, but I am glad I waited. Some news has surfaced surrounding the releases of the Special Edition of Star Trek- The Motion Picture on DVD. That info?:

"...Trekkers can look forward to the re-release of other "Star Trek" films on DVD before too long. Both Shatner and Nimoy say they have agreed to provide commentary for the upcoming discs."

So they will be re-releasing them. Whew! I am glad I waited!

Are you interested in the story I was reading? Go ahead! You know you are!

Do You Fit Their Demographic

I hate to sound sceptical about this, but I will because I know the average person doesn't have a hope in hell.

If you think you have what it takes, Muchmusic is holding open VJ auditions across Canada. So if you fit into thier "demographics"- young, attractive in a 'unique' way, have very little personality, etc., then you should give it some thought.

Seriously, have you watched MuchMusic lately?!?! The only VJ worth watching is a sock. They don't have people who are a VJ, they have folks who are MT.

But good luck to you!

Do You Want Another X- Files Movie?

Since the TV show sucks, 20th Century Fox and Chris Carter are thinking about making another X- Files movie.

Finally, we get to see Mulder and Scully working together as parents, just like in the Dennie Quaid/Kathleen Turner movie "Undercover Blues"! Cool!!!!!!

She Is Single And Proud. I'd Like to Make Her Dating And Happy.

Famke Janssen Says She Is: "Single And Proud."

Ever gorgeous actress FAMKE JANSSEN has slammed reports of a dalliance with hunky BEN AFFLECK - insisting she's quite content on her own. The statuesque MADE star, who split from filmmaker husband TODD WILLIAMS last year, is "absolutely not" looking for love, despite media reports that she bedded PEARL HARBOR star Affleck before getting bored and dropping him. She says, "He's part of a group of friends I've known a long time. We never even dated. I don't even like talking about dating. It's like having a stamp on your forehead: 'I'm available and I'm looking'." She adds, "I've been in relationships since I was 16, so it's nice to have a little break. It's nice to find out you can do things on your own - like I can drill things in my apartment with a power drill. I'm excited about that. "Before, I'd have asked the person I was with to do it. Little things like that give me satisfaction."

Columbia Records will be releasing a two-CD set of Paul McCartney's Concert for New York City on November 27, along with a DVD and VHS soon after. Sales of the album will benefit the Robin Hood Relief Fund, helping New York victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Filmmaker Peter Jackson, who is the Tolkien movie maker, sees no rivalry with Harry Potter.

But even if he doesn't see one, there is a bitch slapping imminent.
