Should be a great month of shows!!!

Katy Perry, Jimmy Fallon and More Book Saturday Night Live Hosting Gigs

Talk about a teenage dream come true: Katy Perry has been tapped to host Saturday Night Live.

The “California Gurls” singer will bust out her acting chops in the Dec. 10 installment of NBC’s late-night staple, TVLine has confirmed.

However, unlike a handful of past music-based hosts, Perry will not pull double duty. Musical guest honors belong to Swedish songstress Robyn.

Perry — who has a cameo in the new Muppets movie — is no stranger to the small screen. The colorfully coiffed performer guest-starred in a February episode of How I Met Your Mother, playing the hot cousin of Jennifer Morrison’s Zoey.

NBC also announced Monday that former SNL cast member Jimmy Fallon will make his hosting debut on the episode airing Dec. 17, with musical guest Michael Bublé, while Boardwalk Empire star Steve Buscemi will take the stage for a second time on Dec. 3 with performers The Black Keys.
