‘Saturday Night Live’: Paul Rudd, Robert De Niro among December hosts
“Saturday Night Live” turns into a boys’ club this December, when Robert De Niro, Paul Rudd and Jeff Bridges all take hosting duties over the course of the month.
The festively-adorned Studio 8-H will also play home to a slew of male musicians: the Piddy-fronted “Diddy-Dirty Money,” Paul McCartney and Eminem. No love for the ladies.
NBC reveals that De Niro goes first, Dec. 4, with Diddy joining the actor for his third — really, only the third? — time on the series.
Rudd makes his second appearance on “SNL” comes Dec. 11, with Paul McCartney. That leaves Bridges stuck with Eminem for the most awkward pairing of the month on Dec. 18. (Fun fact: Bridges hasn’t hosted the show since 1983 — and even then he had to share the duties with his brother Beau.)
There will be some women on “SNL” before the end of the year, though. Anne Hathaway and Florence and the Machine join the series Nov. 20.
