Delays are never good sign, except for “Titanic.”

Limp Bizkit’s ‘Panty Sniffer’ Album Bumped to Sept.
NEW YORK (Billboard) – Limp Bizkit’s long-percolating new album has been retitled and rescheduled yet again.
According to a post from frontman Fred Durst on the group’s official Web site, the Flip/Interscope set is now called ‘Panty Sniffer’ and will be out ‘for sure the first week in September.’
In prior posting, Durst has referred to the album as ‘Less Is More,’ ‘Bipolar,’ and ‘The Search for Teddy Swoes.’ The set seemed ready for release in May, but after Bizkit finally named Mike Smith as the replacement for guitarist Wes Borland, the group scrapped the finished tracks and began working on new material.
‘Sometimes you just have to go with the flow of creativity and we’re doing just f***ing that,’ Durst wrote. ‘The new band is exploding at the seems . You’re not gonna comprehend where we took this one.’ Speaking of Smith, he enthused, ‘He’s giving me riffs I’ve always wanted to have. If you’re scared of revolution then you’d better run for shelter.’
The original plan called for the album to be released in time for the July 4 kickoff of the Summer Sanitarium tour, which features Limp Bizkit alongside Metallica and Linkin Park. Durst now insists an as-yet-unnamed single will be issued beforehand.
