I JUST COULDN’T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE!
I couldn’t wait for “Star Wars: Episode II- Attack Of The Clones” so I decided to read the book.
Based on the story by George Lucas and the screenplay by George Lucas and Jonathan Hales, this intense and revealing novel was written by bestselling author R. A. Salvatore.
And guess what? It is great! The story is great! I can’t wait for the movie!

“Attack Of The Clones,” as written in this book, has more action than “The Phantom Menace” and better developed characters.
Credit is specifically due to how Salvatore did an excellent job of bringing a 2-D movie into the 3-D mental images/thoughts/emotions projected into the brain by a book. It’s kind of like translating a picture into a sculpture – movies and books are just two different mediums, and don’t usually make a good translation from one to the other.
The film doesn’t come out until May 16th, 2002, and I will be first in line. This book rules! I hope the movie is just as good.
